This design was based on perhaps the most popular bathtub shape in history, its longevity has stretched over 270 years. The cast iron double slipper bathtub, inspired in the reign of Louis XIV of France, yes it was French inspired. We have been planning to bring this to our clients for a long time, but we needed to find a workshop that would have the skills to make it almost exactly the same as the Original Cast Iron Version.
