5 Years On-Site Warranty for UK Mainland Clients:
We are pleased to offer our UK mainland clients a comprehensive 5-year on-site warranty covering internal oxidization. This warranty underscores our commitment to ensuring the long-term performance and reliability of our chromium alloy-lined copper baths. In the unlikely event that internal oxidization occurs within the specified warranty period, our team will promptly address the issue on-site, minimizing downtime and ensuring uninterrupted operations for our valued clients. for international clients, we offer a Return Back to Base option.
If the Chromium alloy bath experiences oxidation or staining
The first step before arranging an on-site remedy will be for the end user to apply liquid metal polish to the affected area. If this fails to resolve the issue, please provide us with images of the affected areas for assessment by our polishing engineers. Based on their evaluation, we will determine the necessary actions, including scheduling a visit by one of our engineers. Although exterior copper is highly resistant to oxidation due to its protective lacquer coating, in the unlikely event of oxidation, we are prepared to address such issues. Light scratches can typically be rectified through surface repolishing. However, if wear and tear are beyond repair, we will advise you accordingly and endeavor to repolish the surface to an acceptable standard.
The warranty includes one on-site visit per year. Should this allocation be exhausted, we will continue to offer support via verbal or written communication. A maximum of five visits is allowed within five years from the date of purchase, restricted to locations within the UK Mainland.
Before scheduling any on-site visit, please provide your invoice number for reference, along with the contact name, telephone number, and email address.
Please note that the warranty is non-transferable.
To facilitate the repolishing process, the engineer will require access to an electricity point (standard 3-pin socket at 240v). Without this, we cannot proceed. The duration of the work may span part or a full day, and attendance may be required from Monday to Sunday.
As part of the warranty agreement, the engineer will take pictures of the bath and the surrounding area before commencing work as a record. By accepting this warranty, there is implied consent from the client.
All home deliveries items must be checked at the time of delivery to ensure they are not faulty or damaged. if they appear to be faulty or damaged, then you must refuse the complete delivery and inform our customer services department immediately via eBay messaging. if a product is accepted by the customer and signed for as being in perfect condition, we cannot accept any claim for faulty or damaged goods thereafter. it is the full responsibility of the customer to check the goods thoroughly before signing the delivery documentation. if you decide to accept goods without inspecting them, you do this at your own risk.
